I'm Howard Lewis.
I'm retired but a slow learner.
Still trying to figure out what I want to be.
While growing up I was a draftsman (for you youngsters, this is a position where a person draws, with a pencil), a designer, a supervisor, an instructor, and a kung fu black sash.
I shot a lot of pool and made a lot of furniture.
I ended up in the country with a wife, (I'd like you to notice I listed her first. I've lost her, but still seems important to list her first.) horses, a mule, dogs, and fish.
Along with daily shoveling horse manure and feeding the world, I've written a cozy that's too cozy, a humorous romance that doesn't have enough humor or romance, and a young adult that I don't understand. The only place you'll see any of them is on my hard drive. I seem to like them more than anyone else.
Maybe I'm having trouble figuring out where to go since up until now, it's been so very good. I'm writing, teaching tai chi to the greatest group of people I've ever met, volunteering at the Writers' Police Academy and enjoying life in a beautiful section of the country.
I hope you enjoy my blog and my view of life. Read my Blog, visit my channel on YouTube, and friend me on Facebook. I can use all the friends I can get.
